1) Once you have submitted your order via our ORDER FORM, we should be getting an email
confirming your submission.
2) We will advise you on the availability of the items you are interested in and the
account nos. that you should bank into, with the total amount for your order.
3) All order will have to be paid within 48 hours once we confirm the availability of the items.
Failing which , the items will be re-open for sale.
4) Once we confirm your Receipt of payment, we will proceed to delivery your parcel via POS
LAJU. A consignment note no. will be given to you for tracking and reference purposes.
5) Once you received your parcel, feel free to give us some feedback ya.
We always check our clothes before sending it out thus, we will NOT accept any refund/exchange.
We will also not be held responsible for losses and damages incurred during delivery.
The actual colour of the clothes may be slightly different due to screen resolution or brightness & other technical thingy.. So if you are very particular or feel unsure about this, kindly email us for further details (ie, we might be able to let u see the actual clothes photo) or queries.We shall help you quell any doubts in order to make this a happy online experience for u. :-))
